WEEK 16: ‘SORRY’: Outages of goods, food

Gasoline up again over $7; diesel near $5

Hi, its Inky_Jewel, I am filling in for my mom. The main news is that things like food are getting pretty hard to find. We are doing okay but we went down town today and there were men there selling big bags fo corn at the train station. And a lot fo people were buying them with cash only.

The price of gas had done down but it's back up again, there were lines at the gas station but they're gone again. We have diesel fuel here but i hear a lot of places do not have diesel. And trucks are stranded there.

I am finding it hard to write becasue Mom has gone down town again tonight because Des has been arrested we think. He has been all upset because of the relocation camps. We heard about them first a few weeks ago from Platonic_Pimp and then this from lead_tag but now we are hearing more and more. Des says its the "new world order." Des would be all over this from WorldWithoutToil. And this too from English_Villager.

ANDA AND HER FRIENDS

They have a game you can play. I played it last night with my friends and it works pretty well. I was the best at walking on the rail fence, I could walk bout twice as far as anyone else. They are working on their skills and I hope they all stay OK.

GRACESMOM HAS A MISSION

I miss GMom and Grace so much. Becuase they are so nice. I am going to do their mission as best I can. THe first thing is to come together with Ms Geek, because she is new and really fragile because her husband Richie has cancer, so they have to live ina tent by the hospital. And the peopel there had an encounter with a crazy man. Its hard to figure out who is fragile, is the problem. Even warnwood seems fragile now.

MEREDITH!

It turns out that we know her! She is a family friend and we visited her in Paris. Dad calls her "Mary" or "Merry"so I did not remember the name. She is wrote me a note in English and I am filled with tears, it sounds so different now. Everyplace is falling apart. People are being moved to the country, maybe that is what the camps are for.

I am sorry but I cant write any more Except to say that you shuld listen to the podcasts, Bodi and Rainey and Anna make me feel better about how things are going. And we want YOU to speak up, tell your story. Goodnight, but I cant get to sleep. So let me say hi to Mangoh up in Alberta.
